Registration

You can register to INCOM 2018 and/or to the associated event SOHOMA 2018 following the instructions given below, in the “Payment by credit card” and “payment by bank transfer” sections. Please, select the appropriate option (INCOM 2018, SOHOMA 2018, INCOM + SOHOMA 2018) in the “Conference” field.

For each accepted paper, one author must register, pay the registration fee and personally present the paper at the conference. The registration fee covers one accepted paper.

Please, note that the inclusion of the paper presentation in the conference program and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings are subject to the registration and payment of at least one of the authors.

Extra costs

– Additional paper fee:  200 € per paper

– Over-length page fee: 50 € per page in excess of the 12-page allowance

What is covered by the fee?

Regular (academic staff) and Company registrants: the registration fee includes access to SOHOMA’18 technical sessions, electronic preprints volume, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala dinner. Regular and company registrants are entitled to upload one final paper.

Ph.D. Student registrants: If at the time of registration the registrant is a Ph.D. student at a certified academic institution, she/he may register at student rate. The registrant will be required to provide evidence of full-time Ph.D. student status. This registration fee includes access to SOHOMA’18 technical sessions, electronic preprints volume, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala dinner. Student registrants are entitled to upload one final paper.

Cancelation

Cancelations are accepted following the following rules:

Cancelation notice should be sent to INCOM 2018 organizers, and should provide the proof of payment.

Any cancelation will be charged a 50€ handling fee.

If cancelation occurs within five (5) weeks after payment, refund will be of 70% of the paid fee (after subtracting the handling fees). In this case the refund will be credited back without delay to the credit card used for the payment.

Additional paper upload fees and additional page in proceedings fees cannot be canceled.
